Azerbaijani saboteurs Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilham Askerov imprisoned in Nagorno-Karabakh for violating the border, killing a minor and a soldier and wounding a woman, have returned to Baku, according to media publications from Azerbaijan.

Guliyev and Askerov were caught in summer 2014. A third saboteur, Hasan Hasanov, was killed, and his body was handed over to Baku.

Azeri media reports also said the process of exchanging prisoners of war and captives between Armenia and Azerbaijan has started, according to reports from Azerbaijan.

When contacted by PanARMENIAN.Net, Armenia representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross Zara Amatuni declined to comment. She said the ICRC has not participated in the process and called for contacting the Russian peacekeeping force in the region.
