Among the versions of the murder case of Yerevan State University Russian Language and Literature department dean Karen Mkrtchian, the version connected with his professional activity is as well examined in the Armenian General Public Prosecutor's Office. Armenian General Prosecutor's Office department for public relations head Gurgen Ghambarian told "Arminfo" agency. In his words, the case is under the immediate control of the Armenian Prosecutor General Aram Tamazian. To note, 43-year-old dean was killed in the center of Yerevan July 2 in the morning. Armenian law-enforcement bodies did not manage to arrest the killer hot on the trail.
