More remains of Karabakh victims recovered from Varanda, Fizuli

Bodies of two more Nagorno-Karabakh victims were recovered on Tuesday, August 10 from Varanda (Fizuli), which came under Azerbaijan's control during the 44-day in fall 2020, authorities report.

The remains of more than one serviceman were discovered in Hadrut, but the exact number of people whose remains have been found will be availabl after a forensic examination.

Since November 13, the rescue teams have found the bodies and remains of 1634 people, including dozens of civilians, who had failed to leave their homes when their settlements went under Azerbaijan's control.
