The US is not making any steps regarding the ethnic minorities in Iraq, including the Armenian community as well. US ambassador to Armenia John Ordway told journalists. In his words, the coalition forces are not taking any measures to settle the situation in Iraq, this correspondingly leading to improvement of the living state of the ethnic groups in the country. Economic and political stability in Iraq is profitable as for the Armenian as for the other national communities, the ambassador added.
