The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 1431 to reach 442,875 between September 19 and 25, according to information provided by the Health Ministry.

Fresh figures also revealed that 2133 more people recovered, while 4 more patients died died from Covid-19 in the past week.

A total of 5523 tests have been performed in the reporting period, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said.

So far, 430,192 people have recovered, 8653 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1684 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
