NKR conflict settlement talks are conducted within the framework of MG OSCE only. And Turkey is not among MG OSCE Co-Chairs, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian told during the meeting with Azerbaijan Deputy Foreign Minister. "There can't be any negotiations outside OSCE circle."

Mahmud Mamedkuliev noted that Azerbaijan appreciates efforts of any state aimed at NKR conflict settlement. "The conflict must be resolved based on international legislation principles. Turkey is one of the most influential states in the region and if Turkey has any suggestions, Baku would be glad to take them under consideration," Mamedkuliev noted.
