Yerevan city administration has authorized the rally planned by the Armenian National Congress in front of Matenadaran but banned a march pleading the law on "On Holidays and Memorable Days."

"The Armenian National Congress was not furnished a timely response from the city administration," ANC spokesman Arman Musinyan told PanARMENIAN.Net.
