If diplomatic efforts do not bring proper results in the Karabakh conflict solution, Azeri armed forces are ready to carry out the order of the commander-in-chief at any moment. Azeri defense minister Safar Abiyev stated it today on the occasion of the Armed Forces' day in Azerbaijan. The minister noted in his speech that resulting from the reforms held in Azerbaijan training of military personnel fitting world standards had begun in Azerbaijan since 2001. Azeri enterprises produce arms, ammunition, military equipment details necessary for the army, he reported.
