The U.S. Department of State has commented Azerbaijan's recent deadly attack on Armenian troops, maintaining that the conflict can’t have a military solution.

The U.S. State Department said Wednesday, April 12 that the use of force for resolving disputes is unacceptable and disrupts the negotiations process, the Voice of America’s Armenian service reports.
