ARMENIAN AND TURKISH FOREIGN MINISTERS TO MEET IN ISTANBUL
Today the delegation of the foreign ministry of Armenia headed by foreign minister Vardan Oskanian left for Istanbul to participate in the jubilee summit of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation. June 25 the Armenian minister is expected to address the forum participants. The meeting of the foreign ministry heads of Armenia and Turkey Vardan Oskanian and Ismail Cem will also be held within the framework of the summit the same day. As reported earlier by the Republic of Armenia foreign ministry press service, questions of Armenian-Turkish relations and the ways of their improvement will be the main subject of discussion in the course of the Oskanian-Cem meeting. Besides, the parties will discuss questions of regional security and they may also touch upon the Karabakh problem within that context.
