ANC accuses authorities of violating Election Code
Prior to the start of election campaign of Mayor and Elders Council of Yerevan, the city administration committed its regular unlawful action, Armenian National Congress said in a statement.
"Yerevan Municipality denied ANC's 11th application to organize a rally with electorate during the official election campaign at Northern Avenue. This way, the authorities violated articles 4, 7 and 29 of RA Constitution and article 22 of Election Law," the statement said.
"The situation shows weakness of government and absence of own political sources," it said.
