Former State Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan reports that the Azerbaijani military on Thursday, September 21 killed a civilian in the Nagorno-Karabakh village of Haterk currently occupied by Baku.
“Azerbaijanis not only didn’t cease the fire yesterday at 1 PM, shooting & moving in various directions for a few hours, but also today continued violations,” Beglaryan said in a post on X.
“Today morning they killed preliminarily a civilian in the occupied Haterq village, now shooting/moving to Stepanakert.”
Beglaryan said in an earlier post that the Azerbaijanis have entered some residential areas in Stepanakert.
The shooting comes a day after the authorities of Nagorno-Karabakh agreed to all of Azerbaijan’s conditions, including the dissolution of the Defense Army.
