Special Representatives for the normalization with Turkey, Deputy Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan has declared that he had a “good” meeting with Turkey's representative, Ambassador Serdar Kilic on Tuesday, July 30.

The two mwt on the border between Armenia and Turkey and reconfirmed the agreements reached at their previous meetings.

“Had a good meeting with Serdar Kilic on the Armenia-Türkiye border,” Rubinyan wrote in a post on X.

“Reconfirmed the agreements reached previously and agreed on new confidence building measures, including assessing the technical requirements to enable functioning of the railroad connection between our countries.”
