Armenian National Congress has chances to obtain 40% of votes in upcoming elections of Yerevan Mayor and Elder's Council, RA Liberal Party's leader Hovhannes Hovhannisyan told today a news conference.

"The second force having maximum number of votes will be 'Prosperous Armenia, with Republicans to follow," Hovhannisyan mentioned, stressing future ANP Aldermen's willingness to cooperate with other parties provided elections are held in a fair atmosphere.
