John van't Schip, the newly appointed head coach of Armenia’s national football team, has arrived in the country and shared his thoughts on his new role.

"I am John van't Schip, the new head coach of Armenia’s national team. I’m very happy to be here and look forward to working with the team and federation staff. I will try to adapt to Armenia as quickly as possible. Thank you for the warm welcome," said Van't Schip, according to the Armenian Football Federation.

He has already visited the Football Academy and the Republican Stadium.

The 61-year-old coach previously led Ajax and Greece’s national team.
