Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan discussed the ongoing peace treaty negotiations, noting that while 15 articles have been agreed upon through years of effort, two articles remain unresolved.

"The last two are still pending, but Armenia will continue to work towards finalizing these articles. We are currently holding discussions and will send our response when ready," he stated, as reported by Radar.am .

Grigoryan added that both Armenia and Azerbaijan have publicly addressed these issues.

"One issue concerns the presence of third parties on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border, as well as the so-called end of the diplomatic war."

He emphasized that the document does not specifically mention an observation mission but includes a general reference to the presence of third parties.

"This could also pertain to the European Union, but there is no specific mention of an EU observation mission in the peace treaty," he said.

When asked about Azerbaijan's demands, Grigoryan replied that it's not a matter of demands.

"The approaches, as often happens in negotiations, differ and have not been resolved so far," he noted.
