Yesterday in the course of his working visit to Strasbourg Armenian Foreign Minister and the Council of Europe leadership discussed the negotiation process on Nagorno Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement and the course of Armenia's fulfillment the obligations undertaken when entering CE. Vardan Oskanian met with Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer, PACE President Peter Schieder, the Luxembourg permanent representative, who is presiding in CE Committee of Ministers, and the members of the group monitoring fulfillment of its commitments by Armenia. An agreement was reached on the CE leaders' visits to Armenia. CE Secretary General and Luxembourg Foreign Minister will arrive in Yerevan in July, and the PACE chairman will visit Armenia in September.
