Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan met with German Federal Minister of Defense Boris Pistorius in Berlin on May 13.
During the meeting, they reviewed the current state of Armenia-Germany cooperation in the defense sector and explored prospects for its further development. Both sides praised the existing level of collaboration and expressed readiness to expand it.
The ministers also exchanged views on regional and international security matters.
Papikyan also held informal meetings with several counterparts, including the defense ministers of China, Kazakhstan, and Georgia, as well as the United Nations Secretary-General and the German Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs, according to the Ministry of Defense.
