Armenia’s Ambassador to Greece, Tigran Mkrtchyan, met in Athens with Dimitris Skalkos, Secretary General for International Economic Affairs at the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Greece. The two discussed opportunities to enhance bilateral economic relations.

Mkrtchyan outlined several sectors with strong potential for deepening cooperation and highlighted the importance of the sixth session of the Armenia-Greece Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Industrial and Scientific-Technical Cooperation, held in Yerevan in December 2024.

He also extended his best wishes to Skalkos on his upcoming visit to Armenia and participation in the second Yerevan Dialogue International Conference.
