Another stage of the Viva University has come to an end. As a result of the two-month program, 27 students gained practical knowledge and skills in various service centers, including regional ones. This group too had the opportunity to explore «employer-employee» and «business-client» models, developing a clear understanding of corporate culture and the peculiarities and advantages of the business management model of a leading company.
For ten years now, Viva has been offering students opportunities for self-discovery and growth, playing a vital role in their professional development and integration into the labor market. Thanks to a responsible and flexible approach over the years, the Viva University program has delivered meaningful benefits for the country, its youth and businesses.
The graduates of Viva University were welcomed by the company’s General Director Armen Avetisian.
“Today is an important day for you. You have participated in a program that will significantly influence your future professional path. Many of you have likely realized that this is an organization that deals not only with telecommunications issues, but also with projects centered on digital platforms and the country’s digital future. Over our twenty-year journey, we have experienced both major achievements and mistakes. You have had the opportunity to learn from that invaluable experience and develop new skills in a short time. You have also seen the full scope of the company’s operations and understood that Viva is a multifaceted company. I am glad to inform you that several of you have been selected to join our team. I can confidently say that you’ve gained valuable experience here that will give you a competitive advantage in the job market. I wish you all the best,” said Armen Avetisian, Viva’s General Director.
With the support of experienced company specialists, the program participants engaged in practical training courses and work at service centers through which they developed skills in partner communication and discovered the importance of interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
Students from the capital and 7 regions (Kotayk, Ararat, Armavir, Shirak, Tavush, Lori, Aragatsotn) took part in this stage of the Viva University program; 6 of them joined the company's team.
Over the past ten years, 117 graduates of the program have joined the Viva team.
