A senior delegation from the European Union is expected to visit Armenia. This was announced by Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan during a joint session of the Standing Committees of the National Assembly, where the annual report on the implementation of the 2024 state budget was presented.
According to Armenpress, the visit is scheduled for the end of June or the beginning of July.
“In 2024, we began drafting a new partnership agenda between Armenia and the EU, which we hope to finalize in the near future,” the deputy minister said.
He also noted that the full signing of the document is expected by the end of the year, a goal he described as quite realistic.
“In this regard, I believe we will see positive developments during the high-level visit from the European Union expected at the end of this month or the beginning of next month,” Kostanyan added.
