Armenian chess player conquers Ukraine chess champion title
Ukraine Chess Championship of 2009 among women finished in Evpatoria. Armenian chess player Woman Grandmaster Evgenia Dolukhanova (Kharkov) became the winner.
In the last 9th tournament Evgenia Dolukhanova played with her counterpart Diana Arutiunova and scoring 7,5 points, was awarded Ukraine chess champion title. Tatiana Vasilevich (the Crimea) scored the same amount, but took the second place on additional showings. Olga Kalinina (Ternopol), who scored with 7 points, became the bronze medalist of the championship.
Woman Grandmaster Diana Arutiunova and international master Ludmila Aslanyan with 5.5 points shared 7 to 9 places of the tournament table among 41 chess players.
