The issue regarding the temporary suspension of Armenian truck crossings at the Armenian‑Georgian border due to congestion at Georgian customs has been resolved, according to the State Revenue Committee.
The problem specifically affected Armenian trucks loaded with bottled brandy, which had accumulated at customs storage facilities.
According to the Committee, following adjustments in the processing capacity of Georgian customs services, the release of these trucks from Armenian customs warehouses resumed on June 18. As of June 19, a total of 33 brandy-laden trucks have already been cleared.
