Deputy of the “Ejmiatsin” group, Sevak Khachatryan, reports that law enforcement is currently carrying out house searches in Ejmiatsin targeting residents with opposition views, followed by their transfer to investigative departments .

He states that among those searched are “Ejmiatsin” group member Edgar Tamazyan, as well as Artur Makaryan, Arsen Kazaryan, and Armen Aleksanyan .

In the early hours of June 25, law enforcement began searching the homes of supporters of the “Holy Struggle” movement. The Investigative Committee alleges that participants and leaders of this movement “planned to carry out terrorist acts and seize power in the Republic of Armenia” .
