Papoyan: ENA made its own nationalization inevitable

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has announced that the plan for HEZ’s nationalization is ready. Earlier, he had stated that a draft law on the nationalization of HEZ was already circulating in Parliament. He also noted that “the church, in this case for HEZ’s soon-to-be former owners, is merely a smokescreen. As a result of its operations, HEZ has practically created an energy crisis.”
