Opposition MP Garnik Danielyan from the Armenia parliamentary faction described the ongoing investigative actions at the headquarters of the Tashir group of companies as a continuation of repressive practices.

“It’s a continuation of terror and repression,” Danielyan stated, as reported by Panorama.am .

“The little autocrat keeps guiding law enforcement agencies with his new status updates, pushing them to escalate pressure and intensify repression. This is clearly part of a political case. Nikol Pashinyan himself declared from the parliamentary podium that he’d throw everyone into the National Security Service basements,” Danielyan added.

The Investigative Committee has confirmed that searches have been conducted at the main office of the Tashir Group within the framework of a criminal investigation.
