I Have Honor parliamentary faction leader Hayk Mamijanyan told reporters that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s recent post contained “a direct threat to ENA employees.” He added that although it signals involvement in seizing the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), this would make little difference in Pashinyan’s “very long term” of wrongdoing in office, reports Pastinfo.am.

Commenting on steps taken against businessman Samvel Karapetyan, Mamijanyan said they demonstrate that Pashinyan “is deadly afraid of both Samvel Karapetyan and all patriots—the most terrifying for him are the united, consolidated patriots.”

He criticized Pashinyan’s tenure: “The person sitting in the prime minister’s seat has failed our external and internal policies, caused the deaths of 5,000 ‘bright youth,’ emptied Artsakh of Armenians, utterly humiliated all our institutional structures, and turned against the Armenian Apostolic Church.” He expressed confidence that Pashinyan “will be removed from office by impeachment, I regret that I cannot specify the timeframe.”
