Pashinyan, Aliyev resume talks after brief break

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Ilham Aliyev resumed their face-to-face negotiations in Abu Dhabi after taking a brief break, according to Haqqin.az .

The meeting, which is currently ongoing, includes high-level participants from both sides.

The Armenian delegation consists of Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan, Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border delimitation commission Mher Grigoryan, and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly and special representative for Armenia-Turkey normalization Ruben Rubinyan.

Representing Azerbaijan are Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov, Deputy Prime Minister and head of the border delimitation commission Shahin Mustafayev, presidential advisor Hikmet Hajiyev, and special envoy Elchin Amirbekov.

Pashinyan arrived in Abu Dhabi on July 9. That same day, he met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Pashinyan and Aliyev last met on May 16 in Tirana during the European Political Community summit.
