WWF and RA Ecology Ministry to celebrate International Ecology Day
On June 5 Moscow Movie Theater, on the initiative of World Wildlife Fund (WWF), with the assistance of RA Ecology Ministry, will host a presentation of a documentary on poaching and a photo exhibition of Armenian landscapes.
The exhibition and movie premiere are dedicated to International Ecology Day celebration.
The World Wide Fund (WWF) is an international non-governmental organization working on issues regarding the conservation, research and restoration of the environment. It is the world's largest independent conservation organization with over 5 million supporters worldwide, On June 5 world.
The group says its mission is "to halt and reverse the destruction of our environment".
WWF has been operating in Armenia for 8 years.
