
Aghvan Vardanyan, an MP from the Hayastan faction, along with his wife Tsoghik Bejanyan, son Vahe Vardanyan, daughter Ani Vardanyan, and relative Varduhi Vardanyan, has been summoned to the Prosecutor General’s Office, Panorama.am reports.
Public notices have also been issued to Ruben Markosyan, who is linked to the same case.
According to the notice, a property investigation regarding assets allegedly belonging to Aghvan Arshavir Vardanyan was launched on January 25, 2023, under case No. 22-10-23 by the Department for Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin.
Based on the preliminary findings finalized on December 18, 2025, an official summary has been prepared. Under Articles 16 and 17 of Armenia’s Law on Confiscation of Property of Illicit Origin, the individuals concerned are invited to appear within one month at the designated address in Yerevan to review the case materials, submit their position, and file declarations.
The Prosecutor General’s Office has not disclosed the specific assets under investigation.
