Arman Tsarukyan, the top-ranked UFC lightweight contender, has made a bold offer ahead of his upcoming grappling match against Russian fighter Shara Bullet (Sharabutdin Magomedov). Tsarukyan pledged to gift Bullet an apartment in Yerevan if he loses.

“If Shara beats me, I’ll personally give him an apartment in Yerevan,” Tsarukyan said, according to Red Corner MMA.

In turn, Bullet promised to gift Tsarukyan his Rolex watch if he loses, Auroranews.am reports.

The bout will headline the Hype FC event in Yerevan on December 30, where the two UFC fighters will face off in a grappling match at 84 kg.
