The Republic Party has confirmed it will participate in Armenia’s upcoming parliamentary elections in June 2026, with Aram Sargsyan as its candidate for prime minister.

Sargsyan made the announcement via a video posted on the party’s official Facebook page, stating that he will lead the party because he believes Armenia’s parliament should include a political force, or at least a representative—that fully supports Western values.

Armenia’s next parliamentary elections are scheduled for June 2026.
