On February 6, Vice Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan held a meeting in Yerevan with Magdalena Grono, the European Union’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia. The two discussed key topics on the Armenia–EU bilateral agenda.

The conversation also included an exchange of views on recent regional developments.

The meeting was attended by Vassilis Maragos, Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia and EU Ambassador.

Grono also held a separate meeting with Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council. During that discussion, the sides addressed the Armenia–Azerbaijan peace process and recent developments in that context.

Grigoryan outlined Armenia’s ongoing projects aimed at regional connectivity and infrastructure development, as well as efforts to institutionalize peace.

The meetings covered various aspects of the Armenia–EU strategic agenda.

On December 2, 2025, during the sixth Armenia–EU Partnership Council session in Brussels, Armenia and the European Union signed a strategic partnership agenda. The document was signed by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas.
