Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan has announced plans to create a new public-political platform under the “Noah’s Ark” format, aimed at postwar recovery and national unity.
“Months ago, I launched the Propose to Armenia initiative, believing that countries recover from loss through collective ideas, plans, willpower, and dedicated individuals,” Tsarukyan wrote. “This is an initiative, focused on the people, shaped with their participation.”
He emphasized that no single person, party, or alliance can bring about meaningful change alone. “Our challenges are deep, our situation complex, and it requires a new approach.”
Tsarukyan said the “Noah’s Ark” concept represents a unifying space for experts, public figures, and citizens to contribute solutions for national recovery. “If we want to rebuild dignity and ensure progress in every sphere, we must form a platform of intellectual, scientific, and practical minds, where party affiliation doesn’t matter, but knowledge, values, and dedication do.”
He pledged to collect ideas and proposals from all capable individuals and groups, aiming to create a team that will enter the elections under the “Propose to Armenia” banner.
On the election list:
Tsarukyan stressed that no one has approached him for a place on the party list, and that anyone who does would be turned away, regardless of merit. “Now is not the time for mandate-hunting. What matters is the country, not the position; the outcome, not the title.”
He called on professionals, youth, and active citizens to join and strengthen the initiative. “If you have the will, knowledge, and discipline to serve the country, I am ready to create opportunities for joint action,” he concluded.
Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for June 7, 2026.
