The “Proposal to Armenia” initiative has received a wide response both in Armenia and across the diaspora, evolving into a pan-Armenian project, Prosperous Armenia Party leader Gagik Tsarukyan said on his Facebook page.
He added that he is ready to meet and speak with people “whether in the village center, in the fields or in the yard.” According to him, he is prepared to visit any community where there is a desire to meet him and openly discuss difficult issues.
“I don’t need a lavish reception, halls or sweet words. I will come alone or with a team. I am ready to meet and talk in the village center, in the field, in the yard, in the home of an ordinary, honest Armenian, or in a hall — wherever you say. I am ready to hear bitter words and heartfelt proposals about real, difficult, everyday life, so that together we can find solutions. And I assure everyone that all issues have solutions. The ‘Proposal to Armenia’ initiative exists precisely to find those solutions,” the post said.
Tsarukyan guaranteed that the initiative’s coordinating council will not ignore any proposal and that all worthwhile ideas will be followed up, contributing to the revival of Armenia and the entire Armenian world.
Earlier, Tsarukyan announced his intention to create a political and public platform in the format of “Noah’s Ark,” aimed at Armenia’s post-war recovery and national consolidation.
“Months ago, I announced the launch of the ‘Proposal to Armenia’ program, convinced that states recover from losses through programs, ideas, willpower and the consolidation of capable people devoted to the country. This is a supra-partisan initiative — a program about our citizens and formed with their participation,” he had said.
