All immigrant visa applicants aged 16 and older are required to submit a police clearance certificate, the U.S. Embassy in Armenia reported.
The document must have been issued within the past 24 months and include all current and previously used names and surnames of the applicant.
“A police clearance certificate must be submitted from the applicant’s current country of residence (if residing there for six months or more), from the country of birth (if residing there for six months or more), and from all countries where the applicant has lived for 12 months or more after turning 16,” the statement said.
