
The preventive measure imposed on Gorr Hambardzumyan, the brother of former Masis mayor David Hambardzumyan, has been changed. The information was announced by lawyer Gayane Papoyan, Factor.am writes.
She said presiding judge Martin Arzumanyan made the ruling on changing the preventive measure on March 9. The court imposed both house arrest and bail in the amount of 10 million drams.
Hambardzumyan has been charged with creating a criminal group consisting of three or more people. According to the indictment, he also included his associates Hovhannes Khachatryan, Karen Abrahamyan and Harutyun Torosyan in the group, while Abrahamyan and Torosyan, in turn, involved Hovhannes Keshishyan.
