The DOK (“Democracy, Law, Discipline”) party has pledged to build a “Solar Armenia” after the elections. The party’s chief of staff and lawyer Levon Baghdasaryan said strategic and program provisions planned after the vote would be presented step by step in the coming days.
“Starting Monday, you will gradually become familiar with the strategic and program principles that will be implemented under the leadership of Vardan Ghukasyan after the elections in order to build Solar Armenia.
An Armenia where the law will serve not as a ruler’s club, but as a citizen’s shield.
An Armenia where working people will no longer be humiliated, pensioners will not survive on charity, farmers will not abandon their land, soldiers will not be forgotten, and the state will not kneel before foreign powers.
For decades, you have been fed promises, robbed of your labor, stripped of your dignity, and forced to believe that building a strong state was impossible.
But the time comes when people stop waiting and begin building.
Under the leadership of Vardan Ghukasyan, through the power of the dictatorship of law, we will build Solar Armenia,” the statement said.
The election campaign, launched on May 8, will continue until June 5. June 6 will be observed as a day of silence, while elections are scheduled for June 7.
