The Independent Observer initiative will seek to have the results of polling stations 12/13 and 35/65 annulled or to have repeat voting ordered at those locations. This was announced in a Facebook post by Daniel Ioannisyan.
“In precinct 12/13, on the grounds of the absence of ballot papers for the National Democratic Pole, and in precinct 35/65, on the grounds that hundreds of voters (military personnel) who were not present in the voting room at 8:00 p.m. were nevertheless recorded as having voted,” he wrote.
No further details were provided in the statement regarding the complaints or the procedure for reviewing them.
