Secretary General of the Council of Europe Alain Berset also congratulated Pashinyan in a post on X, saying he looked forward to continuing close cooperation and dialogue.

“Congratulations, dear Nikol Pashinyan, on your electoral victory. This renewed mandate reflects confidence in your leadership at an important moment for Armenia. I look forward to continuing our close cooperation and dialogue in support of democracy, human rights, the rule of law, and lasting peace in the region,” Berset wrote.
