Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has welcomed the agreement reached between the United States and Iran on peace. He made the remarks in a post on his X account.

“We welcome the agreement between the United States and Iran. We highly appreciate the mediation efforts of Pakistan, Qatar, Turkey, and others. We hope that this important development will pave the way for comprehensive and long-term peace in the Middle East,” the post said.

Negotiations between the United States and Iran concluded on June 14, while the signing of the agreement is scheduled to take place in Switzerland on June 19.
