Armenia, France discuss broader EU market access

Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan held a telephone conversation with France's Minister Delegate for European Affairs Benjamin Haddad, during which they discussed further deepening the Armenia–France Strategic Partnership, expanding business and investment ties, as well as the Armenia–European Union cooperation agenda and measures to broaden access to the European market.

The two sides emphasized the importance of consistently implementing the priorities and initiatives outlined in the Joint Declaration on the Strategic Partnership signed by the leaders of the two countries.

In this context, they placed particular emphasis on promoting business relations between Armenia and France, expanding investment cooperation, and increasing bilateral trade.

The officials also exchanged views on the Armenia–European Union partnership agenda and discussed initiatives aimed at strengthening regional connectivity, as well as recent developments in that context.
