
Anna Hakobyan, the spouse of Armenia's prime minister, will travel to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia from July 19 to 21. The relevant decision was signed by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan.
As part of the visit, Hakobyan will travel to Addis Ababa to attend the international conference titled "Peace and Sustainable Development: A Philosophical Inquiry," Aysor.am reports.
Armenia's Prime Minister's Office has been instructed to reimburse the actual expenses related to the official trip in accordance with established procedures. The document also states that the daily allowance for July 19 will be calculated based on the transit location of Dubai.
"Guided by Part 5 of Article 7 of the Law 'On the Structure and Activities of the Government' and on the basis of Clauses 10 and 16 of Appendix 1 to Prime Minister's Decision No. 1230-N of September 19, 2018, Prime Minister's spouse Anna Hakobyan is assigned on an official visit to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (Addis Ababa) from July 19 to 21, 2026, inclusive, to participate in the international conference titled 'Peace and Sustainable Development: A Philosophical Inquiry,'" the decision states.
According to the decision, after returning from the trip, Hakobyan will submit the required reports to the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within three working days.
On June 4, Anna Hakobyan attended the Fourth Annual Global First Ladies Alliance event in New York.
