Relatives of servicemen who went missing during the 44-day war had given the Armenian government one week to provide clarifications on the efforts being made to locate their loved ones. After the deadline expired, they said they had received no response.

Arsen Ghukasyan, a relative of a missing serviceman, said the parents held a discussion and consultation, decided on their next steps, and will visit Armenia's National Security Service (NSS), according to Pastinfo.

Last week, outside the government building, Ghukasyan said they were planning to travel to the Hakari bridge in an effort to establish contact with people on the Azerbaijani side who have relatives in the same situation, hoping to exchange information about their missing family members through mutual assistance.

Ghukasyan said their goal is not to take action against the authorities but to continue the search for their children and find a channel through which that effort can move forward.

"If the authorities are not taking action today, we must find our own channel, and it seems those channels are already beginning to emerge," he said.

According to Ghukasyan, they will notify the National Security Service in advance about their plans to avoid any problems later.

"As parents, we have jointly decided that we should go to the National Security Service and explain what we are doing so that we do not face other problems afterward," he said.
