Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office is seeking the confiscation in favor of the state of 22 real estate properties, financial assets and interests in legal entities from former President Robert Kocharyan and individuals affiliated with him.

Of the 22 real estate properties, 19 have a combined estimated average market value of 11,154,790,000 drams. The prosecution is also seeking the confiscation of the rights to purchase two additional real estate properties.

The claim further includes bonds acquired for $3,084,965 and 985,190,729 drams, as well as bank deposits totaling $1,405,059 and more than 200 million drams.

The Prosecutor's Office is also seeking the confiscation of ownership interests in 13 legal entities, including Toyota Yerevan LLC, Nairi Insurance LLC, and several other companies, as well as the acquisition value of ownership interests in four additional legal entities.

The lawsuit also seeks the confiscation of loan claim rights totaling $4,025,914, 8,302,016,732 drams, 260,452,574 Russian rubles, and €589,741.

In addition, the Prosecutor's Office is seeking the confiscation of two vehicles, property acquisition value equivalent to 3,822,451,103 drams, a total monetary claim of 19,561,949,303 drams, and 502,359,121 drams, which it alleges constitutes the unlawful portion of bail paid in a criminal case.
