ANC criticizes Madrid principles
Serious transformations in the Karabakh process may be fatal for the final resolution of the conflict, the Armenian National Congress said in a statement.
"The document arouses concerns. It lacks an exact working on status of Karabakh and Lachin corridor, which ensures overland communication between Armenia and NKR. It also mentions return of refugees to Nagorno Karabakh but not to 5 regions as it was said earlier," the ANC said.
