Presidents reached progress in Karabakh settlement process
There is certain progress in Karabakh settlement process, Azeri FM Elmar Mamedyarov said. According to him, Co-Chairs are to visit the region in September to prepare possible meeting between Presidents in Moscow. "I feel there is certain progress in Karabakh settlement process. Presidents' recent meeting has inspired Moscow with certain hopes," Mamedyarov said, adding that they continued coordinating some of basic principles.

The issue of refugees' return will be raised provided Armenian troops withdraw from "occupied lands." Azeri official said.

"When I speak about making conflict settlement principle active, I first of all mean Russia," Trend news reports Mamedyarov as saying.

On July 17 and 18, Armenian and Azeri President Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev met in Moscow to conduct talks over NKR conflict settlement.
This is Presidents' sixth meeting over the past year.
