Today in his interview with «Arminfo» correspondent the head of the department of the CIS countries of the Russian Institute of Strategic Researches (RISR) Aleksander Skakov expressed his opinion that Nagorno-Karabakh has to participate in the negotiation process as a full side of the talks on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement. According to him, Russia has to be granted with the role of mediator in the negotiation process. Commenting the events in the Krasnodar Territory, Skakov noted criminal structures managed all that. He also noted Vladimir Putin also had spoken about inadmissibility of such facts.
