Armenian market can embrace fourth cellular operator as well
VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian welcomed the entrance of third cellular operator to the Armenian market
"Armenian subscribers usually have several numbers, so the market can embrace not only third but fourth cellular operator as well," he told reporters today.
