In anticipation of October 1 Pan-Armenian tour the Armenian president Serzh Sargsyan had a telephone talk with the Lebanese President Michel Suleiman. During the conversation the president of Lebanon has once again expressed the kindly feelings the Lebanese people cherish to the Armenian people. 
The presidents of Armenia and Lebanon praised the existing friendly relations between the two countries, emphasizing the significant contribution of the local Armenian community of Lebanon in the development of Armenian-Lebanese relations. The presidents exchanged views on prospects for development of relations between the two countries.
